Warranty Information
for Ezy-Mount® Kits
Ezy-Mount® Products offers a Lifetime
Warranty to the original purchaser
of Ezy-Mount® Light Bracket Kits,
including the R1200GS Multi-Light
Bar Kit, and the Odyssey Battery
Adapter Kit.
Prior to return, you must contact
me for a Return
Material Authorization Number (RMA).
At that time verbal justification
will be documented to ensure you
actually have a genuine Ezy-Mount®
kit, manufactured and distributed
by Ezy-Mount®; there are now copies
of the kits being produced and
we will only warranty the original
product.
Upon
approval for return, an RMA # will
be provided and must be
written on the outside of the shipping
container. A copy of your invoice/packing
slip must be enclosed with the
returned parts; there are no exceptions.
This provides proof that you have
a genuine Ezy-Mount® Kit. Ezy-Mount
Products is not
responsible for
shipping expense to return parts
for replacement. We will pay shipping
for new parts that are sent to
you as a warranty replacement
as required.
Returned Kits
- All returned kits must be useable
- Must not have been installed
- Must be in
their original packaging
- Must be in like new condition
- Packaging cannot be open
- All hardware and parts must
still be wrapped in shipping
plastic and/or bags, as delivered
when purchased
Any
kits returned with defective
parts, evidence of accident damage,
missing hardware and/or abuse
will be subjected to the appropriate
charges against your original
invoice for the kit. All
credits and refunds are subject
to final inspection by Ezy-Mount®
upon receipt of merchandise.
If you receive a kit from Ezy-Mount®
and it is clearly defective upon
receipt due to shipping damage
or due to manufacturing defects,
you have 10-days after receipt
to contact us for a replacement
kit or refund.
International Customers
Warranty claims for international
customers or those outside the
boundaries of the United States,
is available on a case-per-case
basis, and only if the
customer assumes liability for
all costs associated with shipment,
duties and other fees as imposed
by customs and/or freight companies
and/or shippers of record.
Warranty Exceptions
The Ezy-Mount® warranty does
not cover damage resulting from
- Abuse
- Use with lowered suspensions
- Suspension
overloading
- Suspension failures
- Normal wear and tear and
- Failure
to install products per instructions
contained within kit packaging
Use of any lights not
referenced in
the application instructions
are not recommended for use,
and any resulting damage from
use of lights not recommended becomes
the responsibility of the customer
or his agent, who may have installed
the Ezy-Mount® kit for him/her.
