Ordering
The
simplest and secure way to place
your order is through our online
shopping cart using PayPal*. This
option allows you to pay with MasterCard,
Visa, Discover, AMEX, Debit cards,
and your banking account. We also
accept check and credit card orders
through the mail. Please use the
shopping cart system for mail in
orders, and print out the final
order to mail. Specify any unique
ordering or shipping requests under "Special
Instructions" in
the Shopping Cart. Your order will
be confirmed via email. Note: *You
do not have to be a 'member' of
PayPal to use their service; free
membership gives you more options.
Dealers: If you
prefer, you may email your
order to sales@ezymount.com,
standard Net
30 terms.
We
will ship to virtually any address
in the world, but shipments outside
of the U.S. will require verbal
verification of

Please
make your check or postal money
order (drawn on U.S. banks only)
payable to Ezy-Mount®
Products and
enclose with the completed order
form.
If you have a 'spam-guard' service
active from Earthlink or
an AOL block on your email, confirmation
of your order and shipment information
will bounce back to us and you
will receive no correspondence
regarding your order.
Drop Ship Orders (Dealers Only)
If you require a drop ship to
your customer, please ensure the
Ship To: portion
of the order form is filled out
correctly. Your order will be charged
based on the "Ship To address information
provided". Ezy-Mount Products will
not be responsible for mis-routed
shipments to incorrect addresses
and/or any follow-up shipment that
may be required. All additional
shipping and handling charges will
be charged as required back to
your original order.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on retail in-state orders as required by
law.
Shipping & Handling
- All orders are shipped within
48 hours of receipt via USPS

are for the United States only
- Additional postal charges of
$11.55 will be applied to orders
shipped to Canada and Mexico
- Additional postal charges of
$21.00 will be applied to orders

Standard Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges
are based on shipped
weight of
your order. Oversized or
large orders that increase weight
and/or size of shipping container
may have additional shipping cost.
This additional charge may not
be calculated until the order is
being prepared.
We will notify you if there is
an increase in the shipping charge
prior to billing and shipping.
Returns Policy
Must be returned unused, and
in good condition within 30 days
of purchase. (If you have a special
situation, please contact
us.)
- You must contact us before
returning any merchandise for
an RMA (returns merchandise authorization)
number or your refund will not
be processed.
- Returns over $50 will incur
a 10% restocking fee.
- Please included a copy or your
invoice with any return.
- A refund check will be issued
within three days of receipt
of merchandise. Note: if you
paid by check, your check must
clear our bank before a refund
will be issued.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- No returns on electrical items.
- In event of customer order
error, incorrect orders can be
exchanged without paying the
restocking fee. The
customer is liable for any additional
shipping and handling charge.
- We are not responsible for
packages lost during return shipping.
- Prices subject to change without
notice.
- Mistakenly posted prices on
the website does not obligate
us to those incorrect prices.
- International customers please
note that Ezy-Mount Products
will not be responsible for duties,
tariffs, taxes or customs fees.
All international fees and charges
are the responsibility of the
customer.
- If you fail to pickup your
shipment, abandon your order
at the broker, or decline delivery
of your order, you are still
responsible for any brokerage
fees, return shipping charges,
and return brokerage fees, as
applicable. These
fees and charges will not be
waived.
- Based on your location, some
shipping charges and delivery
times may vary. We will contact
you of any changes.
- We cannot accept COD orders.
